If your product arrives seriously damaged, please refuse shipment from UPS and call our customer service department. We will immediately ship another package out to you. If you sign for your product and find damaged or missing components, we will replace them immediately; free of charge. Photo verification may be required.

- Call a customer service representative at (888) 429-5593 to inform us of your return. We will provide you with an address for return shipment.
- For returns, upon receipt of the product, we will refund your credit card less shipping charges. For exchanges, upon receipt of the product we will ship out your new product. Your account will be refunded the difference, if any, less shipping charges. Please note that it can take a few days for the refund to reflect on your credit card. If there is an additional charge, we will charge your credit card accordingly.
